So theres these new products such as, yeastgard, rePHresh, AZO Yeast on the shelves that are probiotics and help your natural vaginal flora maintain its ph levels and balance out good bacteria and yeasts but most of all i hear they are healthy for you and can prevent outbreaks of yeast infections.
I tried the yeastgard and used the whole bottle. I didn't get another infection since i started taking these. Let me add, I had it twice. But, like I said no relapse on getting another yeast infection yet while taking these, so I guess they work. I was just wondering if anyone eats yogurt or takes probiotics supplements.
Oh and my coochy smells alot better more nuetral now then it did. Yuck Yuck at least i smell normal now.
