Broken "freebie"

I placed an order last week, which arrived yesterday. One of the promotional freebies- a compact mini vibe, was cracked around the base, and the power button wouldn't work. Has anyone ever gotten replacements for damaged/defective freebies?

You can probably submit a support ticket for it. I have never received a defective freebie but personally I wouldn't worry about it..it was just that free.
