#AskEden - Support Ticket Response Time

Is the current response time to support tickets still 24 hours on average, or have other people also recently experienced a delay?

I sent a support ticket last Thursday (the 12th), and I still haven't had a response. I know that I shouldn't expect a response over the weekend, but that's still been two business days without a response. It's about a slightly urgent matter - I was given conflicting information about whether or not an order went through, which means I can't place it again until I get some help.

I know that there are the options of using the customer service live chat support or of calling EF, but I live in Australia and due to time differences, I'm asleep during EF's business hours.

that happened to me once , some how my ticket went to the email of someone that no longer worked for them... email them again

Send in another ticket. Reference the original ticket number which might help them track down what happened to it.

Thanks for the advice, I just sent in another support ticket. Hopefully that will finally get some results!
