I paid 15.99 for 2nd day shipping through UPS and this is what it tells me
Estimated shipment date
Thursday, Oct 11
Estimated delivery date
Tuesday, Oct 23
Shipping method
UPS 2nd Day$15.99

Why is it 2nd day shipping if i am waiting 12 days for it to be delivered?

I would contact UPS ans see what is up an ask for a refund on shipping if its not within the 2nd day shipping if it shipped on the 11th latest should have been the 15th since the first day would have been the 12th and the 13th,14th fell on the weekend so those don't count. Its usually 2nd day by business days. I hope you get this worked out. I usually just go with the FREE shipping option Eden offers. A lot of the time I can get their 2nd shipping free if I order enough.

I would also create a support ticket to Eden on shipping issues as they will be able to respond faster to a support ticket then a forum post

Ditto. Free shipping has been great for me-why fix what isn't broken?

Submit a support ticket. It might have been sent wrong.

We purchase quite a bit online line and won't hesitate to say we've had generally poor experiences with UPS getting items to us in a timely manner. One computer/electronics company we purchase from in California for work related items has taken so many hits having had to reship overnight and RMA the original shipment in order to meet their commitments I wonder sometimes how their bottom line takes it.

I would be getting the free shipping if it was possible but i live in a small town and my home doesnt have USPS mailbox and i refuse to pay for a POBox, we do not have a great post office here and they regularly lose mail, give it to you weeks late ETC so i refuse to pay for there services so its UPS or fedex only for deliveries to my home

Glad you got the answer you needed! If you ever have issues with shipping or anything else on site, your best bet is a Support Ticket.
