Much Love to Customer Support!

Recently, I had an issue with a Facebook promotion that would not go through for the life of me. I unliked, reliked, refreshed the browser, pages, logged in/logged out....You name it I did it LOL. However, it still wouldn't give me that blasted discount. And it was a good one too!

So, after reaching a few folks through customer support and via the chat, together we devised a solution and I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!!

Some sites are so quick to get you "off the line" or just give you a copy and paste answer and throw ya to the wolves. Not EF! I have to say that this site just continues to astound me with their loyalty and remarkable support each time I visit.

I want to say thank you to everyone that works for EF and all the hard work that you all put into this site and into your consumers. I will be a customer/member for life Not to mention, I have totally "pimped" EF to pretty much everyone I know, including my own mother LOL.

I second this!! Those are the friendliest, most dedicated customer service people I have ever run across!!!!! The phone company and others could really learn a lesson from the people here at Edens!

I totally agree, the company is so customer happiness oriented it makes for outstanding service every time. Its never a fluke it a constant mission for them. thankx EF!

I agree, there are tons of folks that could learn a thing or two about their customer service here at EF. They are wonderful! Then again, If I got to work for EF and not some random phone/utility service, I would LOVE my job and be happier about it too LOL
