My personal option is I wouldn't have anal more then 2-3 times a month.
Make sure you have good hygiene and are safe. Over a long period of time the anal sphincter can weaken making it harder to hold in stool. The skin inside of the anus is thin, so it can tear easily. Make sure thick lube is in use. Frequent anal sex can also lead to hemorrhoids, which is the most likely thing to happen. The rest are not very common, but as a nurse I have seen them happen. Just be safe

I agree with Kipper. It may also depend on how large and how long the session lasts. If it is comfortable with no notable after effects, maybe more often.
