I have seen people accomplish the "sextuple penetration" position. Thought I would not recommend it... ever.

I did a few reviews this year where I had a double-dicked toy. I found it's best to take a single dildo that is thicker, like 2" to 2.5". When you can take that comfortable, then it's easier to move to two smaller shafts of about 1" or so each.

This is one I worked it out on. The main trick is getting both started in at the same time, so the shafts can continue on. You gotta keep a firm grip, otherwise the one shaft tends to bend in on itself. And too much lube around the entry just leads to them slipping off in other directions.
At the end of the day, I found it best to keep a grip on both shafts, keeping them snug against one another while getting the penetration started. It helps tremendously.
