I've sortof experienced that. My partner wasn't into anal when we first started dating, and the first time we tried it, he didn't like it. A few months later, we were having sex and he thought he'd just surprise me by switching to anal, since he knew I like it. What he didn't know is that without lube and preparation, I'd end up in the fetal position from the pain.
There have been a few other times where he'll accidentally slip out (during PIV), and in the heat of the moment, rush to push back in and aim a bit too low (or high, depending on the position), but he usually catches it before he really penetrates.

I rarely have anal sex, so the couple times that this has happened was painful for me. I think mainly because I wasn't expecting it. I have to be completely relaxed for anal.

Oh it's happened to me and it was game over after that, I think he did it on purpose so I didn't feel to bad when I got my clothes on and held my butt and left.

IT HAPPENED TONIGHT. I was on my side, he was spooning from behind. It is COLD here and we were UNDER COVERS. He pulled out to apply more lube (doing vaginal sex) and then hugged me tight and pushed (without hands guiding his tool). Sure enough he was penetrating my butt without knowing it. I said "SLOW!!! He generously reached around to our toys, got a big remote bullet and put it into my vagina, then continued with the anal sex he ACCIDENTALLY started.

YES, it was GOOD. NO it didn't hurt (he was VERY well lubed and had only gone in about an inch or less) and then STOPPED when I told him (he was moving slow anyway). Well....there you go, it CAN happen. It has happened and I am sure it will again.

It has definitely happened to me. I'm not opposed to anal at all, but like I tell my hubby he has to get it ready before he just dives in there. He has accidentally gone in there before and yes it hurt me very bad bc my hubby is very well endowed down there lol.

this happened to us, we were both a little drunk, things were really slippery and we were moving too much i guess, i slipped out, when i went to go back in i was aimed too low and pushed in--we stopped immediately, and its taken us about a year for my wife to be comfortable enough to try it out..i told her we'd take it slow, she'd be in control, and from everything ive read on the topic, it should be pain free
