Is a MORNING "woody" harder?

Contributor: Bignuf Bignuf
Last night we had "cake and tea" after dinner. Hubby drank two cups of tea before bed. This morning, he woke up with a ROCK HARD "woody"...actually he had it in his sleep, and I woke him up with my lips around it!!! (He didn't complain). This afternoon, we had some nice "afternoon delight" sex, but there is NO QUESTION in my mind that in our case, his "bladder full, morning erection" is harder then ANY other kind, any other time.

Anyone else find that to be true?

YES, that morning erection, especially with a full bladder, is the "hardest" he (or I) get.

I don't think it matters, it can be harder or softer, depending.

Nope, it's harder then that at other times (please share examples).

I just asked my man, he says his morning wood isn't harder than other wood. In fact, he said his morning wood is less hard than his regular wood. I am not sure which poll option that fits though!

My husband is in his 50s, so yeah, Morning Wood is the hardest. Oddly, he prefers anal in the evening (usually because we usually have marathons at night, and are more likely to have anal during a marathon.) The first few times we had anal in the morning, I was a little anxious, but not anymore.

He usually has to empty his bladder before we have sex. So, I lie there yearning for him, as he tries to coax his poor swollen member to release that valve so he can go. Neither of us are comfortable having sex with a full bladder, but it doesn't seem to matter with his hard on. He's still pretty firm even after he pees.

Men have higher testosterone in the morning, so it makes sense that they'd be harder.

Cialis... AMAZING stuff at 50!!!

Meanwhile, since we are in the same age group, we understand the issues. Actually your whole answer sounds SO familiar. Good point about the Testosterone too. I have always enjoyed anal, but really only when we DO have time to "go slow". He never "performed" at his best, when rushed...even when younger. Given time, he is....a virtuoso with that "instrument".

Sometimes it is, but you get random ones through sleep, so it may just be my body saying "stop already!"

When I started having orgasm issues, my GYN gave me a prescription for Viagra. It didn't solve the problem for me, but I shared it with him. He said it was OK, but he's one of those people who hates to take medication. I think if he couldn't get it up at all, he might think about it. But, he wouldn't take it just for a semi-softy.

Besides My Man tends to take his time more if he's not dealing with a raging hard on. We seem to have more marathons when we have to work for a good woodie. It works out for us. I wasn't really complaining, as long as it works.

For me both Viagra and Cialis help with getting - but more importantly sustaining erections. I prefer cialis because it isn't so time sensitive (works for up to 36 hours) - but also because it seems to help me delay orgasm.

Recently I took Viagra for the first time in about a year and I have to admit the results were impressive. Some men prefer Viagra - but I keep taking Cialis because of timing.

Cialis is also approved for at least two other conditions including Pulmonary Hypertension and BPH - the stuff is practically a wonder drug!

Remember, these were all developed as cardiac drugs...NOT erection pills. Like with hair growth drugs, actually developed to treat hypertension!!! Go figure. Love those "side effects"!!!

There is something about those pee hard-on's. one time recently we had sex he came before I did but he didn't say anything he just stopped for a minute and then went back at it and came again because his full bladder kept his penis hard even though he had already came. which was awesome because that was just the right amount of time for me to finish.

Harder than usual, but not as hard as when we're doing something (at any time of the day) that he REALLY likes.

My husband almost never had morning wood and when he does it's not nearly as hard as other times.
