Friends of mine have - like Kira said, they reported that sand got into EVERYTHING.

Another friend related a revenge maneuver to perform if you (guy) really can't stand your girlfriend - get lubed up, then pull out, cover the cock with sand, then shove it back it. *insert horrified emoticon here*

Well I haven't had intercourse on the beach but a guy went down on me and I was on the lounge chair and I think that was the best way to get the beachy feel with out the actual sand getting everywhere that everyone talks about. It was on a resort so there were a ton of lounge chairs all over the place. However it started raining and we were under a bamboo umbrella and I literally end up with over 100 misquito bites on each leg but it was worth it.

YES...and as others have said....seems VERY romantic (in movies maybe) and SUCKS in real life. Sand gets where you DON'T WANT SAND and there is NO WAY to stop it, and clean up is.....not pleasant.

You are NOT missing anything. We did it once on a beach. Big mistake.

Tried it again on a "less then sand covered" boardwalk. Very private and VERY romantic....and again, BIG MISTAKE (sand IS still there...and WILL find it's way where you DON'T want it).

I actually threw away a Bikini, since after FOUR WASHINGS, no kidding, there was STILL sand in the seams. It took a lot more then four washings to get the sand out of my girlie parts too. Even after going and buying a douche kit, when we had sex again, it was like sandpaper from sand STILL there. Horrible, horrible. NEVER again. If recollection serves, I was already shaving smooth then, so there was NO "sand in hair" being trapped...him OR me.
