It just doesn't work out well for us. I am 5ft3in and he is 6ft tall. I have to stand on my tip toes in order to be penetrated. It is not worth the fuss for us. I hate it.

It's a height difference issue with us...I'm 5'6 and he's 6'6, and that 12 inch difference is mostly in our legs (standing toe to toe he is at my belly button)! So, without a stool or something, it just doesn't happen in the shower.

I wouldn't say I HATE it, but it's not my thing. Sex has never been comfortable for me standing up-whether it's my anatomy or whatever, I don't know. Also, I'm not a huge fan of silicone lubes, which are pretty much a must for shower sex. We shower before sex as part of foreplay, but not during.
