We generally have sex just before going to sleep. We clean up with a hot wash cloth - but only shower if there has been a lot of honey dust or massage oil used during foreplay.

Only if things get messy. Usually a quick shower after anal as that's when we use a lot of lube.

I forgot to mention that we both shower before going to bed and bedtime is usually when we have sex.
