Shavers....what works best for you, oils, creams, gels, soap or other?

If you shave your private areas, how to you most comfortably prep down there? We have long ago tried different preps and now use shave gel exclusively. We used to use Gillette for Sensitive Skin, but now enjoy Schick in the white can. Smooth as can be, with no razor burn, ever.

What is your secret??

I love the DONA shave gel for all over use.
My skin breaks out for any old reason it chooses and the Dona gel
spares me from razor bumps and breakouts when shaving.
I don't have much of a prep routine but I do wait until the warm water has
thoroughly wet my skin.
If my skin is on the dry side, I will put lotion on about a half hour before
shaving/shower.

Conditioner. Just straight up 1.09 bottle of Suave Unscented/Dye-free conditioner. I am regularly complimented on my shave job. (I also use a four-blade razor.)

I just use Bath and Body Works shower gels and get them all bubbly and foamy before I shave. It works great for me, better than any shaving cream ever did.

Currently using coochy shave cream with a new four-blade razor. I've read the reviews for Dona shave gel and planning on trying that when the coochy runs out. I think I'll have to try the Suave conditioner to. I learn so much from the posts on EF!

I agree, you can learn a lot from EF forum posts! I love how people are so comfortable sharing even the most personal information. I really like that they have kept up all the older posts, so that we can access them. The amount of info going back to the beginning days here is really staggering and I love it!

BTW, the best way to search for and find whatever info you want from the forums (except for the most recent posts), is to search using an online search engine, using it to search just the forums. For example, you type in whatever you want to search as you normally would, then after a space, you type in:

site:edenfantasys.com/ sex-forum

[NOTE: there is NO space after the slash and before sex-forum! For some reason the site makes it look like there is]

Then when you hit enter, you get your search, but limited to just EF's sex forum! It works faster and more thoroughly than the onsite search. However, for the more recent posts, you will need to use the onsite search because the online search engines have not yet cataloged those pages.
