So I know people have done this, however, does it really tense your muscles? i personally would kick someones ass if they punched me in the back of the head, but i'm curious.lol

I've never heard of this. But I used to date a guy (I'm still friends with a couple of his) that would have what they called "man challenges" and it was SO stupid (yet I laughed). They would do incredibly dumb things that anyone would know would hurt, just to see who could take the most or take it the best. Like one like they hit each other as hard as possible in the arm with a golf club (I mean who even thinks to do this?)! Another one they shot each other in the butt with BB guns, another they took direct hits from a paintball gun without any gear on.
I know that isn't sexual like this thing is, but it just reminded me of the idiot things they did (and probably still do).

I imagine it'd be pretty dangerous, actually. A punch in the back of the head or neck without sex is called a "rabbit punch," and it's illegal in many combat sports because there's a very real risk of injuring the punch-ee's spinal cord or even killing the person. Not things I'd like to have happen during sex!
