For a woman (at least for me) orgasm doesn't hurt. To an observer, it may look like I'm in pain, I pant, I grab the sheets, my body stiffens and then thrashes, I scream (or stifle a scream if the kids are awake) or even bite the pillow. I often shake and my teeth chatter after a good orgasm. My husband says I've sometimes tried to push him away and even say, "NO!" but I think it's just because it's so freaking intense.
