Have you ever called a business and put in good feedback for an employee?

I called to speak to the manager of a Sephora store, about a wonderful employee that works for that store. The employee went out of their way to help me while I was in purchasing some items. The manager was thrilled to hear this news.

The manager is going to give the employee some nice products today for their effort and willingness to go the extra mile.

I've been to many stores where the floor clerks just don't have time to assist me and some are flat out rude. I like to mention when someone is extraordinary. less
