As I navigate this site, I wish OTHER shopping or social sites were this flawless and well designed. Even those of computer companies.

Does anyone else agree? These guys have programmers that ROCK!!! Keep up the great work EF.

Oh my gosh no joke at all, this site is amazing, I mean, I was a big facebooker before joining but now I spend more time on here not only for shopping, checking out new items, etc., but even the forums! And the customer service is unlike ANYTHING I've ever experienced, and everyone is SO helpful!

I think the majority of the site is VERY well designed. The only part I think is a bit clunky is the message forum portion. The forums are clunky compared to other sites I've been a member of, but once I figured out how to use them I do fine. They're kind of hard to learn though, and not super intuitive. Then again, I think they are just a very small part of the website's design - after all it isn't meant to be a message forum based site, rather a shopping site.

I agree with indiglo. It's most definitely very well designed, and my hat's off to the designers, but I am keeping in mind several threads that highlight a use - most recently one member pointed out that you can subscribe to member's reviews - and there are quite a few replies from other members, even long term, active members, who say they didn't know you could do that.

Agreed. Sometimes I still think the search feature could be improved, as well as the forums. But there are no major glitches or issues that bother me or impede my use of it.

I wouldn't discount EF because of that, though. That's a matter of just clicking around the site and seeing what each button does. I've found that a lot of the little things that aren't obvious at first were easy to find and easy to use once I did need those features. And that can be said for all sites like this. You just have to pay attention to what you're clicking on and read all of the options for it. Besides, figuring that stuff out makes me feel like a genius!

This site definitely has some awesome programmers. The site is very well designed and streamlined. I agree with Tori Rebel that the search function could use some tweaking still. But hey, nothing's perfect.

I definitely think it is very well designed, especially with easy access to things pretty much anywhere. I think a bit of work could be put out on the wishlists though to make them more easily accessible.
