For the curious, since there's no botanical classification for vegetables, it doesn't actually matter if you refer to tomatoes as fruits or veggies. Both are correct (fun fact: pumpkins are fruits, too).
I normally go for on-the-vine and campari tomatoes, though I also love plum, roma, and cherry. The best one I ever had was grown by my grandfather, and I only had one. He said it was an African tomato, though I don't know if that was its actual name or not. It was huge, and bright red with some yellow-orange spots on top. God, it was delicious!
