I have gotten really hooked on this show, and I just found out there are only 2 more episodes left in the season! (there should definitely be more!) Although, I also just read that based on how well the premiere episode was received, HBO already ordered a second season!

I agree! I just knew she was going to give it to him eventually and was so excited when she finally did!

Also, though I usually don't like blondes, she is really pretty and her husband... HOT. Needless to say, I enjoyed their sex scenes a lot. lol

Also, it may be because I'm a LOTR nerd, but I LOVE Sean Bean. He is so sexy, and is perfect for these types of roles.

Arya and Daenerys.

The show has a lot of things I find problematic, but the story is great. who has read the books and who hasn't?

I'm thinking of finding them at the library when I get some free time.

Arya is my favorite. Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow, and Tyrion Lannister are all interesting characters, too.

I haven't read the books. I suppose I'll have to at some point.

I think Tyrion might be my fav because he is interesting and I love his wit. Arya, Jon Snow, and Daenerys are up there too. I think I'm going to have to start reading the books now.

I've been hearing how great this show is and I'm sad I can't see it. 3 months ago I moved and I don't have the cable I had before. I'll have to wait until I visit someone with on demand so I can have a Game of Thrones marathon.

I haven't read the book and probably never will. I have plenty on my to read list already, don't need to add an more epic reads to the list.

I just watched last nights episode and HOLY FUCKING SHIT! I figured they kill off Ned but not before the last episode of the season...the way the filmed it was perfect and I'll say it again: Holy Shit!

I *love* this show! I really want to read the books now. I'm not sure I really have a favorite character, they're all interesting, but if I absolutely had to choose I think I'd go with Tyrion.
