Charcoal definitely tastes the best. Plus, you can't beat that smell while they're heating up. My partner and I barbeque quite often in the summer because it's too dang hot to use my oven or stove. We make a lot of burgers, chicken breasts or wings, and sausages. My dad grills veggies quite often and they're pretty good but I'm not a big veggie person.

For my favorite, I looooooove baby back ribs.

We use our gas grill year round. We mostly grill steak, and sometimes fish and chicken. As for veggies, we grill yellow squash, corn, and Crimini mushrooms wrapped in foil. We do not use barbecue sauce on our meat, because it ruins the flavor, I usually marinate steak and fish with mixed fresh cracked peppercorns, sea salt, and olive oil.

SORRY, didn't see your post in my search! I just posted a poll about this, but not as in depth a question as you did! Again, sorry about that!

Mix of wood and charcoal for fuel.
We grill meat and some veggies (depending on what who feels like having what). I love grilled pineapple and shrimp.
It's a year-round thing here, so any excuse to grill.
Sauce is never put on the food while cooking. Only afterward.
C is into marinating more than I am, but he's convinced me it's worth it.
I've never had grilled corn, but I want to try it sometime.

Great, now I want barbecue. Maybe I can talk C into it after yoga tomorrow.
