I remember my first kiss pretty well, although i would like not to. It was in middle school, my 7th grade year, and i had meet up with my boyfriend at the time at the Universal theme park & IOA, where we made out on the Jurassic Park Ride. It was all around terrible, i had no idea what i was doing, and i found out later he told my friend i was really bad at kissing. I dont really remember how long after that i put off kissing, i guess not too long after, because the next year i was a kissing machine! However, that next year after i actually got proper partners who cared about me.
Bad first kisses like your's & PoP's just make me so sad, I'm glad you both moved on relatively quickly from the person who was not so nice, nor good at it! I had a bad one, too, 9th grade after orchestra, I was waiting for my mom to pick me up & sitting in the darkened auditorium with a boy from the all boy's school, (I went to all girl's, but the only orchestra was at the boy's school, so I was bussed over a few days a week). I was sooo nervous, my mouth was dry & then after a quick peck I had to leave & see if Mom was there. She almost caught us! She was coming around the corner as we came out. Awkward ride home after getting reamed for being late & making her come inside to find me! Later I found out he told his friend it was awful, which was unfair since it wasn't really a proper kiss. I denied it ever happened & instead got to kiss the other guy a year later! Now that was MUCH better!
@ ViVix, that is such a cute story! I love the back rub, that's so tender! His mommy must have done that for him, so he knew it was a good thing to do. I had a boyfriend in preschool, too. We even had dates & sleepovers, but I don't remember him kissing me. He was into me & I was not really aware of the attraction, I was clueless. My Mom thought it was hilarious that he was chasing me all over & even had a pet name for me, "Pretty ***my". I forgot all about this until I read your response! We used to play cards, crazy 8's, while eating Totino's mini pizzas! That was special treat food for dates!
