For the most part I guess we are "dating", but have been together for 8 years, living together for the last 7 and have bought cars, pets, and a house together!

I don't see us planning anything more "permanent" any time soon though...the "legal" stuff is covered on the insurance (health and life) by him listing me as his domestic partner and making me the sole beneficiary of his life insurance and such. Things may change, but it would be a very large surprise to me!
