Lots of personal things I think.
Running a bath for them and hopping in with them.
Candles
Back massages (oil makes them even better)
Feeding each other food in bed (chocolate strawberries are great)
Writing them a love letter/story/song/poem /whatever
Doing a strip tease for them
And then any type of toys you two like. Could be some bondage, teasing her with a vibrator, playing with her ass, whatever.

Somewhere with elements they'd like, such as if they enjoy the water or the city or being able to see the sunset etc. Probably a hot bubble bath with candles, a walk at night if that's what they like, maybe making dinner either for them or together with them whichever you don't already do, a sentimental gift that doesn't necessarily cost money but shows you put time in it
