I Feel Like I'm in Huge Trouble!

I just got an email that I'm past due on my review.

I received my product to review almost 3 weeks ago. It was broken so the next day I called Eden, they sent me a shipping label and I dropped the box in one of the UPS drop boxes. I hadn't heard anything from EF for a week and half after that so I called to see what was going on. I was told they never received the package back and the shipping label was never activated by UPS! To make things even worse, I called UPS and they have no record of the shipping label!!!! I'm super scared and have no idea what to do, I love EF and I have no idea what I'd do if I couldn't review anymore

Has this ever happened to anyone else? What can I do?!?!

Don't worry JessCee, they wouldn't take away your reviewer status over an innocent mistake! JR is the one to talk to, Stormy's right, but even if he doesn't get back to you til Monday, don't worry. It'll be sorted out, and you'll still be a reviewer

I had the same thing happen, sort of. I never got my package from Edan. I sent in a support ticket and it was reshipped. Talk to Jr. he may be able to help you.

Yea, I can see how you would be worried, but an honest mistake is not your fault. You aren't the one who damaged it and from what you said you've done everything you can do. It sounds like it could be the UPS, I have MAJOR issues with our postal service... constantly so you might want to consider even filing a complaint with them. You can do it online, believe me, I've had to plenty of times. That is if you find out it's really their fault not the companys or someone else's. Just a hint, if you continue to have problems like this it's more than likely the mail service so be sure to ALWAYS take photos of damaged products and such. I learned this quickly. Lol. I've seen your activity on here and you seem very serious about being a part so I doubt you'll be in trouble since you've proved yourself already and clearly you really care about your contribution. Now it's up to the others to do their part. I'm sure it'll be taken care of. No worries!

I seriously wouldn't worry too much. Eden is pretty easy going with things like this.
Agree with contacting JR.

I'd be pretty suspicious where UPS is concerned. Obviously someone working for them likes 5 finger discounts!

Thank you guys SO, SO much for easing my mind. I was really stressing out!!! Well, I still am a little bit, I can't believe someone would take what was in that box!! I think from now on if I need to ship something back to Eden, I'll just pay the $ to use USPS... but I'll email JR today. I love you guys and I really appreciate how helpful everyone is.

On that note, I was kind of snooping around on one of Eden's competitor's sites the other day... I was shocked, the reviews were crap and the way they spoke to each other was not very nice AT ALL! They've got nothing on EF and the community here.
