I don't know if it is just me, but it is soooo hard to find an item to review. Because you cannot review something that already has too many reviews it can be almost impossible. When I use the product search and set it for any item without reviews the only thing that comes up is like a million porn videos or books. I would really rather review items that I would enjoy more and would want to purchase.
Is it just me or is it so difficult to find an item to review?

Just to clarify, you can search for toys that are 'open for review,' and skip the 'no reviews' on the product search. Sometimes Eden will 'reopen' a product with over 3 reviews on it for review. That's why it's best to set your price and such, and then just hit 'available to review.'

It's actually best to not use the "without reviews" option. Unless it's a piece of lingerie or a costume, most products get 3 free reviews per item. Now, if there's a product with one review, it won't show up in the search.
For the best search results, play around with the different product and material preferences, change some parameters in the search.

You kind of just have to be diligent. They tend to put things up in chunks so there'll suddenly be a bunch of available products. You have to get to them quick! I was starting to get really frustrated, and then I happened to check the very day a toy I'd been thinking about buying became available

Mine is the same way. It only has with or without reviews. I have found the best thing to do is to shop pick a bunch of stuff that I want in priority and then keep trying until I find one that goes through.

I find it harder too. I've been due for a monthly assignment but haven't gotten anything yet. I just can't find anything that I really want to have/review that hasn't already been reviewed.

I wish the system could upgraded so those toys wouldn't show up. Or that you could simply search for toys that have under three reviews.

If you've been in the industry for awhile, you'll notice there are hills and valleys. The spring/summer bring a huge influx of new product because that's when a lot of the industry trade shows are going down. Fall and winter are planning and development months. (Traditionally. Everyone kind of does their own thing, really.)
Buy-outs are always available and it helps to be willing to review a wide range of product. Assignments are first come, first serve. If there people submit a request for an item and there are already two reviews on it, the first person to submit the request gets the item.

There are a lot of reviewers, so sometimes it's really difficult to find a product to review. I utilize the buyout option pretty frequently though and that works just as well for me.

It has been tough to get an assignment, and not just because of the lack of items of review. I've already had five different assignments declined by an administrator in the span of three days, even though they meet the price cap and some of them have no reviews. That, more than anything, is making me a bit upset.

I've been trying for a free assignment, but everything I look at says at LEAST three reviews! Am I missing something here?
