This instructional video gives some good tips link (hope that link worked, I'm new at this). The poles for the arms are especially good. I hate seeing ripped latex in the armpits because the model got careless and lowered his/her arms.

It's the tiny hairs you didn't know you had that get you. Seriously, finger and toe hair.
