I've used the Fun Factory Smartballs on and off for about a year now, and I've noticed that they really increase the frequency of my needing to urinate while I'm wearing them. I assume this is just because they're all up in there and pushing on my bladder, but it's just really annoying - I don't have time to be rushing off the bathroom so often! When I first started using them, I didn't notice this issue so much, but maybe I just wasn't paying attention. Does anyone have this issue as well? I find I wear them way less often than I otherwise would because I hate having to go all the time.

Because I'm thinking it's to do with the size of the balls, I'm considering trying the Teneo Uno. I really like what the Smartballs do for my muscles, and I'm hoping the Teneo Uno would still be as effective while being less bladder pressurey. Has anyone tried both products and can weigh in on this?

Kegel balls and tampons both make me pee less than normal. I dont know why.

I have noticed this with my other kegel balls and with my menstrual cup. I believe it presses against the bladder which makes you feel as if you need to urinate more often. It's not that big of a problem for me, at least not to the extent that you've described.

I thought I was crazy! I'm glad you posted this. My SmartBalls make me feel like I have a bladder infection I have to pee so much! My Luna beads, on the other hand, seem to make me have to pee less. Strange...

I've noticed having anything in there for an extended period of time will increase that feeling of pressure on my bladder,its sometimes a problem I have with my mooncup.

The balls are designed to help strengthen the PC muscle. The PC muscle is what controls urination (this is why it is a good idea to use them, as we get older, we have to urinate more frequently because those muscles are weakening, these balls help to "work that muscle" and strengthen it)...

It also helps to have stronger and more intense orgasms. When that muscle is tightened or stronger, it will present a very big difference within your orgasms.

The weight of the balls pressing against the PC muscle is probably why you feel the need to go more often.

I must add that when you take them out, you should have more control over your "Urges" to go. If you're having LESS control over that when they are out of you, Id try not using them for a week or so and see if that helps. If you're having this issue without using them, Id consult a dr to see if there are any underlying issues there.

I'm not having any issues at all when I don't use them - I'm not using kegel balls to specifically combat weakness with urges to urinate, that's never been a problem for me. I just noticed an increase in needing to go when I do have them in, that's all.

I suspect it's analogous: when I'm using a butt plug, especially a large one, I find I have to urinate more frequently. Can be annoying!

they do create that sensation for me, but generally when I go, I can't actually go.

I'm sure that while the balls are in your vagina they are pressing against your urethera, making your feeling to pee more sensitive. I could be totally wrong but I'm sure that's what's happening.
