Lightest Kegel Exerciser?

Contributor: Lisa Love Lisa Love
What's the lightest Kegel exerciser available?

I have 2 children, and very little muscle tone down there. I got the SINFIVE Emigi, and that's too heavy for me (raspberry color - 58grams). It just keeps falling out, and is VERY frustrating. I'm also a stay-at-home-mom, so I can't be having it just falling out on the floor whenever. Is there anything lighter than this?

The weight on the site states that the SinFive Emigi are 3.4 ozs. I'm going to go based on that number for looking up other ones.

Posh silicone O balls are 2.8 ozs.

L`amour p.w. pleasure system are 2.25 ozs.

Bedroom Kandi hold on to me looks like a great set that would grow with you.

Also, starting out doing the exercises with nothing (just clenching those muscles) will jump start progress. I hope this helps!

I think the Bedroom Kandi and Luna Beads would be great for you. It's convenient to have the whole set. Start small with a single ball and work your way up PropertyOfPotter's right, start with nothing.
