I like to do them with an exercisor, allows me to feel the motion better which ensures I'm doing them right Which reminds me..I need to go use mine!!

I have never tried an exerciser, I want an Emigi, but they were sold out of the color I wanted. It just came back in stock yesterday and I think I'm going to order one.

Really? You wear it all day?

I prefer to do kegels without an exerciser except that sometimes its nice to use my Kegelmaster just for variety.

i do my kegels at red lights with no toy, mostly because there isnt a male exerciser on the market.
