To me, I would strongly prefer to get the ramp because I think I would be able to use it doggystyle to hold my hitachi against me while my hands are free. Does it work well for this?

Personally, I would use the pillow for many uses rather than just a sex toy pillow. so, for me it would be worth it.

my wife hates the hitachi. she said that its too strong/too long and bulky. as for the axis.....i find it to be entirely too expensive to be worth it. might make a nice pillow for the bed if you're sitting up before bed or something. but for a sex pillow? i dont think so lol. its too low, or so i would assume.
