I have always said that I want a room dedicated to sex stuff (special furniture, BDSM gear,toys), in my dream house of course. Just curious as to what you would put in yours if you had one? If you already have one then what do you have in there?

1 of everything. Seriously though, this question is overwhelming me. I like the idea of sex furniture, and a ton of toys on display. I have always wanted a soundproofed room. If I was going to do anything, I would probably soundproof my bedroom so noise wouldn't be an issue with kids or guests.

In our ideal sex room, once we build our house, it would have a swing, the liberator zeppelin, ceiling lights throughout, a bookcase for all the toys, closet for the lingerie, and speakers so we could play music. Sex room, we have one....kind of.
Actually, we have a room that masquerades as a home gym. We call it our "sexercise room". It is away from the other bedrooms which gives us plenty of privacy and allows us to get quite loud without being heard, not even from the hallway, just outside the door. It really is quite nice. We actually discovered its functionality as a naughty play room accidentally when we were trying to sneak away from the kids one night.
1/3 of the room is still dedicated to exercise with a treadmill and one of those big home gym thingies with the weights and pulleys. We've been talking about moving it out of there so we have more room to play in. Maybe soon, now that my oldest son has moved out.
The remaining 2/3 of the room only masquerades as part of the home gym, but it is actually our play area.
It has:
-a Padded floor-for aerobics of course...but it also makes it comfortable for crawling, servicing your partner or taking it doggy style.
Exercise bench- for lifting the dust covered dumbells that were forgotten and left neglected in the corner. Actually, the bench primarily serves as a sexercise bench. It has an inclining/reclining back. We have used it in so many great positions. It is also perfect for bondage play, or strapping dildos to for all kinds of imaginative uses.
We also have a heavy duty flat bench with a padded seat. It is long, narrow and quite versatile for straddling and squatting...or spankings.
There is a Liberator ramp combo tucked in a corner, theoretically it could be used for sit ups, but we use it for naughty push ups instead. We will add more Liberator gear soon due to the Eden/Liberator marriage.
We also have a TV and DVD player naturally for my wifes fitness videos, as well as our extensive porn collection.

Mr. E, that room sounds great. Especially the part about the locking tool chest. I will have to figure out something for our room for the toys. I don't want to have to put them all away for storage, but I don't want them necessarily sitting out either because then they will collect dust.

My sex room would have to be pretty large. I wouldn't want a bed in there, but instead have padding all over the room's floors. I would want mirrors everywhere. Cameras in all four corners of the room. I would want one of those cameras that they have for football games that travel on a zip line to be able to get closeups anywhere in the room. Oooh... I want an area with a drop mat. I want a good quality leather swing, an esse, two huge, shallow wall units with plexiglas fronts (to keep dust off) one for hanging my various BDSM devices, harnesses, etc. and the other for dils, vibes, plugs and the like. I want a foam covered grab bar suspended from the ceiling for holding onto while being flogged that is in front of a tall mirror.
