You could always ask people who have reviewed it, but that would depend on your definition of quickie. For my husband and I, 40 minutes is not a quickie and we could get multiple uses from something that lasted 40 minutes.
I would not recommend this toy if you want something a longer life on it. You'd probably only want to use it sparingly for multiple uses, or just all at once for a longer time. It's not a long term toy at all.
