So I got my Muse at the end of July and never had any problems with little bunnies until he died today... (In the middle of being use) and I could not bring him back to life! I stuck his charger in, like any other time and NOTHING! I'm so sad! There is no damage to the charger or to the Muse I tried every plug in the house and he won’t charge all the sudden.

Is this a issue with the input stretching the silicone cover and can't connect inside... are these types of rechargeable known for this? For future buying purposes?

Hi! I'm sorry to hear your Muse broke. I haven't ever had a Muse myself but I have had a rechargeable toy break on me. I was able to return it and get a replacement which as been performing just fine. If you purchased your Muse via EF within 60 days then it may be eligible for return. Please check the return policy and open a support ticket for more information.

And if it's past the 60 day mark, you can notify the manufacturer for a replacement.
