I've never tried it (those bumps look like they could hurt if you thrust fast), but other than that it should feel great. Just be careful how far you put it in.

I would say too much for prostate unless you love lots of unforgiving texture. Deep Water G Review

I personally would not like the nubs to much. (I have one similar) But I have found that any G-spot type toy works good for stimulating the prostate. Just look for something on the longer side or has a handle so you can be sure not to lose it, ya know?
