I just use the hitachi by putting it flat against my clit. I've never used one of the attachments, though I'm interested in some of them.

Some people use attachments because they like different textures either externally or internally (like with the longer, g-spotting attachments), and others just use it directly on their clitoris or body. It does give orgasms if it's the type of vibration that you like.

It can give me multiples, yeah. I usually only need the lower of the two settings to orgasm. I imagine that the attachments would be really intense internal vibrations too.
