While I vastly prefer toys that aren't realistic, most of my dildo purchases are still phallic in nature. The Njoy Pure Wand is a great non-phallic dildo/probe, though. A lot of glass toys have very interesting shapes, too, as do a number of probes.
Of course, there's always the Tentacle by Whipspider Rubberworks, and other toys by the same company. Very artsy and unique.

I agree on the Pure Wand as a fantastic non-phallic dildo. As far as vibrators, though it was too short for me most people love the Gigi.
