I have once. One of THE most frightening experiences, only emphasized by the fact that I was not exactly 18 at the time and the vibe wasn't mine (I used a condom on it and thought it was ok but i know better now )

Honestly in 13 years I have only had maybe 10 instances come in with toys. It was more frequently things like shampoo bottles or cucumbers.
