I think they're nearly on par as far as power. You really need to think of shape and material when choosing one. I have both and I like them both equally.
Salsa - For being a plastic vibe, the Salsa is very quiet and very powerful for such a small package. The plastic can be a little unforgiving if you're prone to over-stimulation but I've never had any issues with the toy being numbing. It's also good for pin-point targeting.
MiMi - Might be a tad bit louder than the Salsa at times but is basically the same amount of power. It has a very ergonomic design so it feels "right" in the hand and has enough heft and texture to the silicone outer shell that it won't go flying out of your hand. The silicone also allows for a more forgiving session if you want to be a bit more rough. It also glides over the skin rather easily.
None of my reasons are real honest to goodness cons, they are both amazing vibes and in my opinion can rival the power of the Hitachi Magic Wand on it's low setting. Hope this helps
