I go like 2-4 times a week, sometimes more sometimes less, I never go once a day though.

I usually have to go twice a day. I know others that have a very bad time with this.

Yes, your 'bathroom habits.'

Many women suffer from digestive ailments. They've got yogurts, cereals, drinks, and a while bunch of other stuff out there to make you go a lot easier that are specifically marketed towards women. ... more
I used to go about once a week, but ever since I moved into the dorms at college it hasn't been much of an issue. I've talked to other and they say the hall food acts like a mild diarrhetic.

I'm not a lady, but I don't have any problems like that. I have a decently well balanced vegetarian diet with lots of fresh foods, I haven't had problems since I stopped eating so much white flour and dairy. If you have constipation problems, I HIGHLY recommend you try cutting out (or just eating very little of) white flour (and any other refined grains like white rice) and diary products (GOOD yogurt is helpful, but not heavy cheeses and creams)!

I honestly don't have any bathroom issues. I'm regular and just dandy. No meds needed. I do feel bad for those that do have issues as it cannot be easy.

I have terrible habits in the department. I swear to god, I forget to poop. Weird, right?
I try to eat right, and I can always tell when I'm getting my fruits and veggies in because I'll be a lot more "regular", but when I'm not eating well it can be days before I realize I haven't gone.

Sometimes I can be fairly constipated.

I feel like it's because I don't eat a lot in general, and thus have nothing to expel. I feel like my remedy is just eating. When I finally eat until I'm full, then all of a sudden I have to go. Eating carb-like things helps me have to go.

Also, making sure I'm hydrated helps.

I feel like I'm constipated the entire couple of days before my period, then either right before or right during my period I have to go A LOT.

My partner and I both have IBS. Mine isn't as severe as his and I've learned to control it well. I drink a ton of water, eat a high fiber diet, and have yogurt every morning. It helps a lot and I rarely experience problems if I keep a healthy diet. When I eat anything highly processed, high fat, greasy, or really sugary, it definitely messes with me.
