On the clit: If you have a non-hooded (or only slightly hooded) clit, this is easier. Basically, you should make sure your clit is slightly erect, then put the large loop over the clit. Think of it like hanging someone on a doorknob.

On the nipples: loosen then clamps and then place them on the nipples, then tighten the clamps.

I want to try these, but they look painful. Do they actually provide stimulation?

I also really want to try nipple jewelry, but I am not crazy about pain. I would definitely need some that I could make as tight or as loose as I want.

The first time I put these on my husband had to help me figure out how to put on the clit ring! I'm not sure if it the most comfortable thing I have ever done but once on I love it!
