Do you have to use condoms with extensions or is it like a reusable condom? This is probably a stupid question but I am curious. Thank You!!!

That depends on the material of the extension. If the extension is silicone, then you do not have to as the material can be sanitized. But if it is something porous, like UR3, you should use a condom, though it's not fully necessary unless the extension will be used with multiple partners.
