Classic butt plug by Doc Johnson - review by Hazzard

Well, the Classic butt plug is just that-- a classic. When someone says the words "butt plug" this is probably the image that enters most people's minds.

That being said, this is a very basic toy. Perhaps too large for true beginners to anal play, but certainly a beginner-type toy, like a phase everyone goes through on the way to more exciting, and of course expensive, anal plugs.

I only used this toy a few times before I moved on to something a bit better, but it served its purpose well while it was in use. I still have it, somewhere at the bottom of my toybox, in a bag so it doesn't interact badly with other toys. You see, one of the main downfalls of a toy like this is the material. What do you really expect for ten bucks? It's made of a cheap rubber that can potentially melt other rubber and jelly toys it comes in contact with, and is not recommended to be used without a condom due to it being porous. In other words, you can't sterilize it, ever.

The other downfall, to me, is the shape of the base. If you have much in the way of butt cheeks, it may be painful to keep this in for very long. The base is wide and stiff and kinda digs into my butt. It's alright sitting down, but if I get up and walk around with it in it hurts pretty quickly. If you're looking for a plug for long term wear, try to find something with a boat-shaped base.

Otherwise, this plug is pretty decent. The bulb part is big enough, and the neck thin enough, that it stays in quite well, something that many other beginner butt plugs fail to do.

If you're a relative beginner looking for the next step up and you don't have much to spend, this toy is worth it.
