I responded to some of those questions with Undead: I'd use Anal Lube by Cal Exotics and the toy is made of silicone.
As far as collecting hair or dust, I would say just about any toy would if it's not kept in a protective covering. But, good question: This toy DEFINITELY attracts hair and dust because of the silicone--so make sure to rinse it off before use and clean it afterwards to.
