This toy is designed to directly massage the prostate internally including vibration and indirectly massage the prostate externally via the perineum. It is best used in solo settings or partner play, but if you're interested in giving control over to another make sure they understand the Vibro is capable of delivering VERY intense sensations, both pleasureful and otherwise. The Vibro will not stay inserted without being manually held in and therefore is not suited for long-term or public wear.

The Vibro is made of medical-grade plastic which is a very stiff material. Prior to the Vibro I had only used smaller silicone toys and was at first somewhat intimidated and surprised by the stiffness of this toy. My doubts were quickly washed away when I realized the stiffness of the material allows you to direct stimulation exactly where you want it with very little effort.

The bullet works well and is strong. Honestly the design of the Vibro works so well that I very often use it without the vibe though. That's not a comment on the bullet. The design is simply that good.

The Vibro is also slightly ribbed approximately every 1/4" of the shaft. This ribbing adds quite a bit to the sensation of insertion and removal, and does serve to keep the Vibro from slipping out. Even with the ribbing the Vibro will not stay inserted unless you are applying some pressure to the external handle.

I would say this material is not for beginners but this was my second toy (following the very beginner-friendly Tantus Slim) and I had no problems using the Vibro from the very first day.

The design of the Vibro is what really sets it apart from the competition. The shape allows me to place the tip against my anus and the ball against my perineum and apply a small amount of pressure to the rear-facing handle to slip the Vibro all they way in. Inserting the Vibro in this fashion brings the firm bulb at the tip of the toy directly in contact with my prostate. So much so that I have to take care to be prepared for the sensation. It can be overwhelmingly pleasurable. The Vibro design works so well that it seems it was made just for me.

I would say the size is good for adventurous beginners and beyond. The girth is not a challenge and the firmness of the material gives a very positive feeling of control.

The Vibro IS very stiff but it is seamless making for easy insertion, removal, and cleaning.

The Vibro is small and could easily be concealed for travel but if someone searched your bag and saw it I don't think you'd be able to pretend it's anything other than what it is.

The best feature of the Vibro is it's design. It does what it says it does VERY well. My first foray into anal play was the Tantus Slim. While I did enjoy the feeling of insertion and the sensation of flexing my rectal muscles around the Slim during orgasm, I simply wasn't blown away.

Then I took a chance and ordered the Vibro (not a cheap risk). From the very first time I used it I was able to stimulate my prostate and achieve that orgasmic sensation that just goes on and on. The Vibro works. Period.

My only complaint (or perhaps wish) is that it will not stay in unassisted if you are moving around. I would love to have the full sensation of the Vibro against my prostate while having intercourse but that just isn't possible. My partner isn't able to reach around me to manipulate it and I am not able to maintain control of the toy and still thrust with any enthusiasm. The only option is for me to be on my back and that is not one of our preferred positions.

The Vibro is very easy to clean. The metal ball is removable using the supplied tool and the bullet is very well made. The phalate-free plastic has no seams and can be quickly cleaned with soap and water or given a more thorough bleach solution bath.

I store each of my toys in separate zip lock baggies. The Vibro could easily be stored in it's beautiful packaging but that takes up a little too much space given my needs.

Simply beautiful. I suppose it's unusual for a man to take some pleasure in the aesthetics of the box a toy comes in. But, I couldn't help but feel as if I was treating myself to something really special when I saw how nicely the Vibro was packaged. Top notch- Best packaging and presentation.

Simply put, the Nexus Vibro is the best toy I have for it's intended use. The other contender is the Lelo Billy which is amazing in it's own right but different in design and use.

However, once I used it just one time all reservations were put aside. I was within moments able to find that feeling I had been reading about. It's very easy, it works every time, and it feels amazing. That's what we all want from a toy.

I have my partner manipulate it sometimes but the best results are when I manipulate the Vibro while she fondles and performs fellatio on me. The Vibro is capable of such intense sensations that giving her the reins is sometimes overwhelming. Not in a bad or painful way. It is simply possible for her to induce spasms in me that leave me unable to do anything else.

My only disappointment is that the Vibro will not stay in during even moderate intercourse. My partner and I prefer very vigorous and energetic sex and the Vibro is simply not up to the task. To be fair, I have not found a prostate stimulator that meets this need.
