Use

We'd suggest this for someone just beginning to experiment anally rather than for someone that's more experienced. The shape's better suited, we think, for a person who needs slightly more time to adjust to the intrusion than someone who's looking for a bit of a challenge, so to speak, and who craves the immediate stretching sensation other products afford.

Material / Texture

Smooth, soft but adequately rigid. With a good supply of water based lube, this feels really good when being introduced initially, and this is important if you wish to keep your partner interested in experimenting further with butt plugs.

Design / Shape / Size

Size wise, it's perfect for a beginner. It's not so big that it intimidates instead of exciting the prospective recipient, which is quite important. The slight variation in design from the classic butt plug makes it ideal for someone who likes to take it slow, so there's a nice progression from the immediate insertion to the stretching part, unlike other products where it's stretch from the start.

The only thing we found to be a drawback is the shape of the base, which is too square. It doesn't nestle quite as well between the cheeks as some of the others we've tried. On the other hand, it provides a sure grip and there's no fear of it going in and not coming out.

Performance

We found this works best when the one partner takes a firm grip on the base and uses it to move in and out, stimulating the other that way, rather than using it in the set and forget way. Used as part of foreplay, this helps get the muscles nicely relaxed for a follow up with another object or cock.

Care and Maintenance

Don't share this. Each person should have their own. Get different colors if required to tell them apart.
Use a good water based lube during use, and wash very thoroughly after use with a decent antibacterial soap.
As is usual with toys of this sort, don't use it anally and vaginally in the same session.

Experience

With the exception of a slight reservation about the shape and size of the base, it's perfectly suited for novice anal use.
