This toy is definitely a "classic." I'm not a beginner with anal, but it is my first butt plug. The gradual slope of the plug makes it easier to work up to getting it in. However, I think this toy is better for people with more experience. I have had this toy for several months, and I have been working up to achieving my first "POP!" Even though, I have not achieved it yet, I still find this toy to be a great time. My boyfriend and I use it in combination with the cherry-flavored "Anal lube." I definitely recommend lubrication with this toy, just due to the increasing circumference of the plug as it penetrates deeper. It is great for double penetration as well, I have used it in combination with "the Ballsy", my Pyrex dildo, or my boyfriend.
The "classic butt plug royal" is made with rubber, so it requires routine cleaning, especially if used with lubrication. It is wear-resistant and should last for many years, but it is porous which makes it more difficult to clean. It may be recommended to use with a condom, but I have not since I am the only one who uses it. I have not had any major problems cleaning it, but I definitely make sure that I clean it before and after use.
It is firm, filling, and yet has some give to it. It is not flimsy by any means. It has a good price as well, and is definitely a "classic" to have in your collection. Only if you are used to using penises/dildos/probes as wide as the largest diameter of the plug. otherwise, look for something smaller.

If you are completely new to the anal thing, I'd try something with a thin shaft, like the Njoy Small Plug.

Does anyone find the length on this an issue? Im not sure if everyone is different or what but when i tried this i found it hard to get past the widest girth. I know that it being wide wasn't the issue because i had used a toy slightly wider.

Classic butt plug royal - can someone confirm specs

trader411The pic on the site for the black version is slightly different from what I've found for the white version elsewhere. Can someone confirm that the pic on edenfantasys is accurate? Also, can someone actually take a tape measure and confirm the circumfrence? At this size even a quarter inch makes a difference. -

The picture you've linked is the old style. It was significantly larger than the new one, and had a very flimsy base that has been known to fold up and follow the rest of the toy in to your bum.
As far as I know, you can't find the old one online. Vendor's simply haven't updated the pictures, but it's identical to the white one (which seems to be updated more frequently).
The current model is somewhere between 2, to 2.25" in diameter. It's no where near 2.5"
I was an original owner of the larger model, but was never able to accommodate it's entire girth (I swear it was well over 2.5"). I ended up tossing it during a move, without realizing that it's impossible to find anymore. The new version just doesn't live up to the original, but the sturdy base is a welcomed improvement. -
