Tweezer - bondage toy by Spartacus - review by Collodion

The tweezer-style nipple clamps are a great set for beginners - the slide adjustment makes it easy to control the level of pressure and allows for a relatively quick release if it becomes overwhelming. You can use them on yourself or others (regardless of gender or nipple size), and they've quickly become a standard part of my toy-chest.

They're great for everyone from a new bottom to a fairly serious painslut due to the fact that they are adjustable - via slider - everywhere from gentle pressure to (if you remove the rubber tips) a rather painful bite. And they work well in a variety of places; I've used them on my nipples, labia, clit hood and earlobe with consistent results regarding pressure and adjustability.

These clamps are made of metal with a glossy black finish and tipped with what feel like softer rubber or plastic sleeves. The look is classic kink - dark and slightly menacing - and the slide of cold metal against skin only adds to the shivers of anticipation. I'm a total sucker for metal, so these were the perfect clamps for me, both in look and feel.
My only problem with the finish is that moving the slide to adjust the pressure stripped the finish off slightly in a few places. This isn't a serious problem after 5 or 6 uses, but I'm worried as to how it'll look in a few months.

The chain is thick and durable looking; enough that it can be looped through the D-ring on a collar or held between one's teeth without feeling as though you're going to break it, and the overall construction seems quite durable. A good bit of glue helps to hold the tips on if you happen to be a bit of a pansy like me, but they can be removed if you'd prefer stimulation with a good deal more intensity.

Each clamp is about 2.75'' long; a slide bar connects the prongs and allows the tweezers to be adjusted anywhere from wide open to almost shut by moving it up and down. The ends are covered with rubber tips for a comfortable grip, but if you enjoy a bit more intense feeling on your nipples, the rubber tips are removable to expose the smooth metal ends of the tweezers underneath.

I found these to be quite comfortable with the rubber tips on, even near the tighter end of the scale. If you tug too hard on the chain, though, these can quickly go from comfortable to a definite pain as they slide out of their rubber casing and the metal ends dig in.

They've fit every area I've put them on, and although they haven't been used on anyone else (yet), the tips can be separated almost a full 1" apart by putting a finger in between the tines, which makes me think that they should be compatible with most nipple sizes.
