Tweezer - clamps by Spartacus - review by jamesbeam

Where to begin? This product is fun to use; it is relatively well made, yet slightly defective. I got the product in the mail on a Wednesday afternoon. Due to an emergency that sent me on a 3,700 mile road trip, I was unable to use this product right away, but I anticipated it the whole time. When I arrived home from this road trip with my girlfriend we finally settled down and had an opportunity to use this beautiful unopened set of clamps. I opened the original packaging, as you can see from the picture; it is basic yet sturdy packaging. It comes from a notable company, and appears to be of exceptional quality. I slid out the innards and properly removed the shiny black clamps from the cardboard it was packed in. Upon removal I discovered one of the tweezer tips was missing the soft plastic covering. Glancing back at the cardboard, from which this item had been removed to discover this tip was stuck, almost fastened as if glued to the cardboard. I was able to remove it without any superficial damage to the tip, and refasten it to the tweezer tip. Since my reapplication of the soft plastic tip to the tweezer tip there have not been any issues with it coming off again.

We began to get into the moment, and I slid the first clamp to her nipple and gently applied pressure as to slide the small metal tightening ring from the bottom upwards. Quickly a bit of background information, my girlfriend's nipples are very sensitive to pressure. Previously we had used the butterfly nipple clamps
and the ridges on the rubber tips caused too much pain for her to handle. Back to the product at hand, I began to slide the metal ring to tighten the tweezer tip upwards. Halfway up she was comfortable, but the clamps weren't holding tightly. Finally I worked the metal ring all the way up, which created a nice, tight grip on her nipple. Knowing how sensitive her nipples are I applied and tightened the second nipple much quicker. We continued playing for about four minutes. I was inside her now, and she was writhing in pain. I told her to take the pain as long as she could, and she was able to hold out for about 5 minutes total. I tugged gently on the metal chain connecting the two clamps then set it back on her chest. Within the next sixty seconds she called out our safe word, and the clamps were removed. While she did say that these clamps were more comfortable for her then the butterfly clamps, she did not find them to be pleasurable. The pressure was the problem, and without the pressure there was no hold to the clamps.

Overall, I would say I enjoyed using the clamps, my partner, however, did not. This product is relatively well made despite the packaging issue. The presentation was nice when it was received, and this toy is definitely something of beauty. If you have a partner that likes pressure without sharp ridges on their nipples (i.e. fingers pinching, clothespins, etc.) I would absolutely recommend this. If you have a partner with sensitive nipples, I would not recommend this to you. Overall, I would rate this item a three out of five based on product integrity once opened and inability to hold without maximum pressure. Hopefully this has helped you; it has been a wonderful experiment for me.
