My partner and I bought this kit because we wanted a decent restraint system but we didn't have our own place yet or a big budget. They easily tie under the bed, on a chair, on the stair railing, etc.

I was really surprised with how versatile these restraints are. So far we've used them on our bed, on a rolling desk chair, on a metal folding chair, on our stair railing, around a door, under a sturdy shelf and a few other places I can't remember. They're very easy to tie and retie to different support systems.

We perform as a couple on a few adult websites and we often do BDSM and spanking shows.
