The S&M door play cuffs are a fantastic way for a couple (or eager individual) to enter into the world of light bondage and S&M play. Anyone will be able to benefit from the sensation of seeing a partner tied up naked against a door, with really no where to go! Although this product is designed to attach over the top of the door, I think it could be used in a variety of manners: between a mattress and headboard, underneath the door, or just as a kind of leash with some soft cuffs attached to the end. The possibilities really are as endless as your imagination. Those who are on the shorter side may find this product a bit hard to use on a tall door (my wife is almost 6 ft, and with her arms upright, it worked fine, but those who are closer to 5 ft may encounter some problems with the cuffs being uncomfortable). Advanced users may find that these door cuffs do not offer anything new or exciting, but the exact opposite is true for beginners, they are exciting and so easy to use. Simple Velcro straps allow either the dom or sub to strap themselves in, and if safety is your thing, you can unstrap yourself easily at any point.

The design of these cuffs is so simple, I am surprised I have not stumbled upon something similar before. The cuffs are comfortable and made out of a polyester fabric that seems very well made. The stitching leads me to believe that this toy will hold up for quite a few sessions of light bondage. Honestly, the biggest fear for me is not whether the cuffs will hold up, but if we will damage a door! (don't want that to happen while renting an apartment!) There is absolutely no smell associated with this toy, which is always a pleasant quality. My wife was on the receiving end of the cuffs and she did not have any issues with itching, bruising, or any pain. The cuffs are able to fit a large variety of wrist sizes, but fitting two wrists inside one cuff would certainly be stretching it. Anyone with an average sized wrist will find that the lining completely covers the skin, so that there is no Velcro in contact with the user. Although there are no adjustments to be made with this set, there are two tabs that make it possible to have the cuffs used at a low height, or a high height, the difference between the two being about 6".

My wife and I really enjoyed using these cuffs. We have played with light bondage kits before, but they all were attached to the bed. Being able to have her cuffed to the door and standing made for some nice position changes. Besides using the cuffs for actual sex, it was also fun to use them as a restraint. Pulled out the hitachi, threw some nipple clamps on my wife, and had some fun using it on her while she was not able to move was incredibly arousing for the both of us! I would have really liked to stretch the limits with the cuffs, but as I said earlier, I am most afraid of the door being damaged, because the cuffs certainly appear to be able to handle anything.

Storing the cuffs are quite easy due to their relatively small size. I end up keeping them in the box they came in, and it works perfectly. Because of the Velcro, it would be smart to keep them away from any cloth objects, so that nothing gets caught, but besides that, they fit underneath the bed, it a drawer, or left on a closet door! (although some unexpected visitors may have a few questions). The cuffs should be cleaned with some water and left to air dry if they get dirty. With not many moving parts, and being up out of the way, I do not see them getting very dirty.

I loved the box that these came in. Instead of the typical corny pornstar packaging that most toys come in these days, this box had a very sleek and sophisticated feel to it. The manufacturer did a very tasteful design and I personally love storing the toy in the box, just because it does look so nice. It is a very stiff and sturdy cardboard package. There are minimal instructions included on the box, but there is a little erotica on the back. The box is far from discreet with a scantily clad women on the front wearing the cuffs.
